Hope Family Health Center - MDHHS Child and Adolescent Health Center

June 2020 – June 2022

Responsible for development, implementation, and evaluation of a school-based health center as part of the State’s Child and Adolescent Health Center program
Duties included oversight of health center construction, creation of policies and procedures in compliance with State requirements, implementation of a Continuous Quality Improvement plan, development of work plans in compliance with State requirements, communication with State consultants, oversight of grant requirements: uploading all reporting, approving Financial Status Reports, establishing and convening a Community Advisory Council, establishing partnerships with key stakeholders, engaging community

Authority Health Teaching Health Center Community Medicine Rotation

Responsible for development, implementation, and funding of the community medicine rotation
Duties included grant writing, grant management, managing project operations, new partnership development, scheduling, communications, grant evaluation, and training resident physicians as part of the community medicine team
